Support for Young People

Info
The Holywood Trust may be able to help you if you are:
- aged 15 to 25
- resident in Dumfries and Galloway
- in need of some financial support to move your life forward.
Examples of the support provided are:
- assistance to purchase household items for a young person
leaving care
- help with College and University expenses
- assistance to participate in sporting and musical activities
at both Regional and National level.
This list is by no means exhaustive; in general terms if
you can show that you are in need you may receive help from
the Trust. If you are in any doubt, look at our Questions
and Answers (below), or contact
the Trust, where our staff will be pleased to help.
Where we are unable to help we will try to identify other
sources of funding.

What sort of things will the Holywood Trust pay for?
The Trust supports a wide range of applications from urgent personal needs to costs of participation in national sporting events. The Trustees are particularly interested in applications which, if supported, will contribute in some tangible way to your ongoing personal development.
